Q#1: Can I change my order?

We are unable to make any changes to your order once you have hit the ‘place order’ button.  You can reach out to us at support@dogsandcatsohmy.com and will will make every effort to help you.



Q#2: When will my order ship?

Your order will ship after your payment is verified. It normally takes 48 hours to process and ship your order.



Q#4: How do I know if my order has shipped? Can I track it?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your order at any time.



Q#5: Do you ship globally?

Yes, we ship globally.  We will need to verify shipping rates to overseas destinations.  Please check with us before placing your order.



Q#6: Is my personal information kept private?

Yes, in accordance with the new and updated data protection act we promise to keep your information private and secure.  We do not sell your information to anyone.
